11th January 2018
A party of a dozen made a site visit to Garmans Field, the almost complete housing development of Lyme Regis CLT on Timber Hill.  Members of Broadwindsor GP CLT and BG Parish Councillors were shown round the new homes by Louise Lote of Yarlington Housing Group, the CLT's development partner, and the Chair of Lyme Regis CLT.

The site at Lyme Regis comprises a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed homes, all with adjacent parking space. Each house has a garden space with a garden hut provided. There is a communal garden space in the centre and the development will be surrounded by a buffer woodland zone to screen it from the road.

This development of 15 homes on a 1.5 acre site is similar in scale to the development proposed by BGP CLT in Drimpton.
The final home was allocated on Friday 9th March 2018, so all 15 homes have now been allocated to people who satisfy the local criteria.
